DUI for Kiefer Sutherland

Emmy award winner and lead actor on Fox's 24, Kiefer Sutherland, was arrested after failing a field sobriety test when he was pulled over for making an illegal U-Turn in LA. His blood alcohol level was over the California limit .08 and was charged with a misdemeanor for driving under the influence.

Kiefer is serving the first
Kiefer is serving the first 18 days of his sentence during the 24 winter production break on December 21st. No Christmas for Kiefer this year. The remainder of the sentence will need to be served before June 2008. At least LA is making actors (ok Paris Hilton is not a real actor) serve their time now!
