Jin Killed Off Lost

Will Jin be killed off this year?  I think it is a safe bet if you look at historical characters that had a run in with the law in real life. 

First there was Libby (Cynthia Watros), who was arrested for a DUI.  Then there was Ana-Lucia (Michelle Rodriguez) later in 2005 for the same offense.  Both characters were killed off - yes there was a brief come back in a dream for Ana-Lucia.

Then in 2006, Eko (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) was arrested for a traffic violation and allegedly disobeying a police officer.  Like all the charges, Eko was dropped from Lost.

Now we have Jin (Daniel Dae Kim), who was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on October 25th.  Is he the next to go from Lost?  Like I said earlier, I think it is a safe bet.
