A tenative deal has been made with the writers guild of america.  There is a last minute meeting on 2/9/08 in order for the writer's guild board members to approve the deal.  Who knows, maybe some new shows will start coming out in a month or so.

This is one list that I do not agree with.  The top 3 are pretty good, but what an odd  4-10.  Of course the number one tv shocker of 2007 was the Sopranos final episode, which I am sure that everyone would know - so there is no spoiler here.  Let's see if everyone else agrees with the top 10 of 2007.

So Leno and Conan are coming back in January with new shows, but without the writers.  I have never seen Jay's standup routine, but I am guessing it will be something a little similiar to start the show and then straight into interviews and music.  I could see some local newspaper clip bits, but not much in the way of street walking or who is the dumbest teenager.

At least this will get us out of late night re-runs.

It was released today that the writers will not work on the award shows.  Will the Oscars, Emmys and other shows go on without any writers?  Who knows what this means for all the fans.  Why can't they come to any agreement?

Will the writers strike ever end?  American Gladiators, men vs women 1 vs 100, power of 10 with Drew Carey and rumors about who will be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars.  Didn't this show just end about two weeks ago?

Does NBC really need to put this show on the air?  I know there is a shortage of good content with the continuing writers strike, but c’mon, American Gladiators!  Haven’t we been there and done that with this show?
